He holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from
Cornell University with major in Food
Engineering
and minors in Business
Management and Waste Management.
His successful career in industrial food
and beverage production includes
substantial managerial, manufacturing,
engineering, R&D, market development,
quality
control, maintenance and waste management
experience.
Gustavo has a solid background in the areas of dairy, fruit,
juice, soft drink, pasta, essential oils, alcohol and feed
mill production.
He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
